If you don't like using console commands and are looking for another way, I can't help you. Eight fragments for the Purple Tablet could be found in the Arctic. The tablet can still be spawned via the command item precursorkeypurple. The Blue Tablet will help you to Continue the story mode of the game I will show you how to get it and this will allow you to make a Blue Tablet in your cra. Drop the item and then scan it in for the blueprint. The Purple Tablet is featured and used frequently in Subnautica, and it was likely cut from Below Zero due to most forcefields unlocking upon approach as a result of Al-An's presence within Robin's head.

If you would like you can use the console commands and create the item (the wikia has a page dedicated to consolde debug commands and how to use them). Unfortunately, I already used the blue tablet to open the first forcefield into the primary containment facility, so I have no way to get the blueprint in game - so the storyline is completely stuck.

I'm guessing that because it went into the Prawn suit's inventory, and then I later transferred the blue tablet into my inventory instead of picking it up myself, it didn't trigger the event that gives me the blue tablet blueprint. Scan the blue tablet when you find it, and pick it up by hand (NOT the Prawn suit) - there is an unresolved bug preventing you from making more blue tablets if you pick it up with the Prawn suit, and you NEED to make 1 more. When I was in the facility that had the blue tablet, I was almost exclusively inside my Prawn suit, and when I picked up the blue tablet, it was from within the Prawn suit.
